Arrange your visit
Because Prestige Huyilalu is in pre-launch, the visit usually covers the site area, the surroundings and any available sales material. Ask what will be available on the day.
What to do on the visit
- Check the access road, its width and the nearby traffic.
- Time the drive from your office, your children's school and the nearest hospital.
- Look at what surrounds the plot on all sides.
- Ask to see the master plan, floor plans and specification sheet.
- Ask about RERA registration status and the booking terms in writing.
Our site visit checklist lists the questions to ask, and the location page has the map.
Planning the trip from Bengaluru
Travelling from Bengaluru? The Bengaluru–Mysuru Expressway is the main route, and Mysuru is also well served by rail. See Huyilalu to Bangalore for travel options.
