How to track progress once construction begins
- RERA quarterly updates: registered projects file progress reports on the Karnataka RERA portal.
- Site visits: compare the visible stage with the payment milestone being demanded.
- Demand letters: pay construction-linked instalments only against completed milestones.
- Developer communication: ask for tower-wise photographs at each stage.
